Sanctions
A confirmed registration that is not canceled in a timely manner will be sanctioned according to the F ISTF Handbook 2.6.5.
After the groups have been published, it is only possible with a verifiable reason certificate

If this is not available by the start, it will be implemented and sanctioned.
